This fee is for COMPLETED recertification paperwork ONLY.
**It is only to be paid when you are ready to mail the completed paperwork to the Certification Committee to convert from inactive to active certificaiton status.**
You will not receive anything in return when you pay this fee through the Boutique except for your automatic receipt when the order is submitted. Print a copy of that receipt and include it with the paperwork you mail in. Be sure to keep a copy of everything you send for your own records.
Once the Certification Committee receives proof of attendance at three (3) births, a completed Form D, proof payment, and your membership is current, the change from inactive to active status will take place and you will be eligible to once again be listed on the web site.
