You will receive this certification packet as a PDF document via e-mail. (If you are unable to receive attachments to your e-mail messages or do not have access to a printer, please inform the office and request that a printed copy of the packet be shipped to you instead.) Electronic delivery of the certification packet will be much faster than having it mailed, and it is “greener” by saving ink and paper, as you will only have to print the pages and forms you actually need as hard copies. If you are purchasing your DONA International membership at the same time as your certification packet please check the box that says you are a member and take the $10.00 member discount. If you take this discount and you are not a member there will be a delay in the shipping of your packet. The certification packet contains all necessary information and forms to complete the certification process. The packet will expire within two years. All the certification requirements will have to be completed and the certification application submitted within that time. Certification packets cannot be returned and are non-refundable once shipped.

If you do not receive your packet within 2 business days please check your Spam filter. Several doulas have been reporting they are not getting their packets, only to later find it in the spam filter of their email.
