Return and Refund Policy
You must return or request a refund-replacement of items sold by The DONA Boutique within 45 days of the ship date.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:- Any item returned more than 45 days after shipping date.
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened if it is packaged in plastic wrap.
- Membership dues, certification packets, certification fees, or calendars.
- Any item that is not in its original, resaleable condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
