Steps to purchase:

1. Create DONA online user account (if you don’t already have one).
2. Find and order DONA products such as certification packets, memberships, or name tags once logged into your user portal account.

Steps to order certification packets:

1. Create DONA online user account (if you don’t already have one).
2. Register workshop information under My Actions (the dates on your certificate and trainer name).
3. Find and order certification packets in the Purchase Certification Packets section of your account.
